All sales are final. All items come with full manufacturer’s warranty on any production faults and will be replaced as long as the fault was not due to inappropriate and negligent use of the item. This warranty covers replacement of defective (manufacturing faults) products only. If you have a defective item, which you wish to return or exchange, please contact us within 7 business days from the date you receive the shipment. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on any returned items. We will make a replacement depending on our available stock. Defective items must be returned within 20 days from the day you report the problem. All returns must be intact. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage. If the replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. There is a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. If defective situation noticed over 10 business days after delivery, shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.
