Kizlyar presents "Troika", Kitchen knife set. These knives have been developed in similar manner as our famous military and hunting knives, but with some differences in heat treatment and hardening process. The steel used is 65 x 13, Russian high carbon rust resistant type, which holds a good edge, but most important of all is very easy to sharpen and touch up. The handles are made from our military grade Elastron-G, which has very high heat resistance and provides excellent grip even when wet or greasy.
